Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Getviews, provided by Han Dang Company Limited (Công ty TNHH Hân Đăng). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
A dashboard (and an API for integrators) to publish content, manage comments and messages, read insights and manage ads on Meta platforms for accounts you are authorized to manage.
2. Your responsibilities
- Connect only Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, Threads profiles and ad accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, Community Standards and Advertising Standards, and applicable law (including data protection and anti-spam law).
- Do not use the service for spam, unsolicited messaging, fake engagement, or content that infringes others' rights.
- Keep your login, API keys and webhook secrets confidential; you are responsible for activity under them.
3. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service depends on Meta platforms, which may change or limit access. We are not liable for Meta platform outages, rejections or policy actions.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Meta policies. On termination, data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
